2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Services (Spiritual Growth Courses)

Our core offerings include live workshops, group sessions, and mentoring programs designed to foster personal and professional growth.

4. Information Products

Digital resources such as e-guides, video series, and audio sessions are available for download upon purchase.

5. Goods

Physical items such as books, journals, and curated tools for practice may be purchased and shipped to the address you provide.

6. Payment and Scheduling

7. Cancellation and Reimbursements

Services: If you cancel at least 7 days prior to a scheduled session, you qualify for full reimbursement processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Cancellations within 6 days may qualify for partial reimbursement based on preparation costs. To request cancellation, submit a form via our contact form.

Information Products: Digital items may be eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of download provided there is no substantial use. Approved requests are processed within 7 days of approval.

Goods: You may request a merchandise reimbursement within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping expense to send back items is at purchaser’s expense. After we receive the items, a product cost reimbursement is processed within 14 days.

8. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain bespoke coaching sessions or private consults sold at promotional rates are not eligible for reimbursement due to the allocation of personalized time and resources. This policy is clearly noted in the service description.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by Spirivanta and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Spirivanta’s total liability under these terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these terms by posting updates on spirivanta.top. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
